I am extremely happy that I found Debra and Elite Food Safety Services. Earthco Enterprises needed to become SQF certified in order to meet requirements for a major contract we were seeking, and we needed assistance from step one. Debra's staff came to our facility and spent over a week reviewing our processes and meeting with our team to understand every detail of our manufacturing process. She prepared us every step of the way and was always patient when providing training and answering questions for our staff. We are confident, moving forward, that our program is in place, and we will be prepared for our annual rectification audits. At first glance, taking on the task of SQF Practitioner as a Plant Manager, I was so concerned on how to tackle this jobs in an efficient and effective way. But when the board decided to bring Debra's Food Safety Service Program into our facility, I immediately noticed and felt so at ease with that task. Debra has been as inspiration for me with this experience in my labor force. I have never in the 40 plus years has the privilege of being trained and assisted by someone not only thorough, but also so patient and up for the challenge. She is available and open for any questions, no matter how foolish we may think they are and how often we may need her help.
